4 Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Work will commence after the agreed advance payment has been received.
• Remaining payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or before project delivery.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension until outstanding dues are cleared.

5 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds will be provided for completed work or services already delivered.

6 Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in the proposal:

• Reasonable revisions are included during the design and development process.
• Requests outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

7 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• DizitalXpert retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, reusable code, and methodologies used during development.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

8 Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as Domain Registrars, Web Hosting Providers, Google Services, Meta Platforms, Payment Gateways, Email Providers, and Analytics Tools.

DizitalXpert is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, service interruptions, or pricing changes imposed by third-party providers.

9 SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices:

• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings.
• We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, or conversions.
• Marketing performance depends on multiple factors, including competition, budget, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

10 Website Content

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, and materials supplied to DizitalXpert are legally owned or properly licensed. DizitalXpert is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements arising from client-provided content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DizitalXpert shall not be liable for:

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith. Timelines may be affected by:
